Believing in your team and your coach. Trusting the process of daily reps and proper training to incrementally improve each day. Two focused team practices each week, incorporating scrimmaging into every session.

3T Gold Basketball Academy
Led by professional coaches (not player parents or volunteers) to provide exceptional instruction, foster efficient player development, and ensure fair playing time during games.

AAU
Selected players will be placed on teams where optimal growth and development can be best achieved. For Spring 2025, 3T Gold developmental teams will compete in 1 league and 1-2 tournaments. Competitive teams will compete in 2 leagues and at least 2 tournaments, including a travel tournament.
Head Coach Tony Dib
Coach Tony is the founder and head coach at 3T Gold. He is a life-long dedicated mentor and basketball coach with over 24 years in coaching, athletic operations, and sports management. He aims to inspire athletes to reach their maximum potential through individualized training and personalized guidance.
Coach Tony has a comprehensive background in youth, high school, college, and semi-professional coaching experience, as well as private training and instruction for all ages and skill levels. Tony's expertise also comes from previously serving as Coach and Director of Operations and Player Development for a local AAU basketball organization and a local high school.
A prior Director for Athletics at the University of Balamand for more than 18 years, he was also responsible for overseeing the sports facility, trainings, and championship events.
